What people are saying

Sarah’s art/drama therapy workshop was a truly memorable and rewarding experience. From the playful icebreaker using funny names and gestures to the imaginative gift-giving circle, every activity fostered creativity, connection, and presence. Her integration of Gottman’s theory on emotional bids added depth to our interactions, especially during the paired improvisations where my partner and I journeyed as ocean creatures through a shared fantasy. The silent Cinderella performance and gender parody exercises brought laughter and insight, but the highlight was the dinner date scene, where emotions like love, fear, and anxiety were personified - playing anxiety was surprisingly fun and reflective. Sarah created a safe, vibrant space that allowed us to express ourselves, connect deeply, and leave feeling invigorated.
